6. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee, along with the original shipping cost incurred by Casa Lorena, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If that method is no longer available, we will make alternative arrangements with you.
