Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: Delivery time begins once customers' payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, typically within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

Please be aware that our delivery partners and ourselves cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times as this is beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages: In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, a customer service representative will contact you via email to arrange for re-delivery or refund.

Inaccurate Address: If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a member of our customer care team will be in touch. Please note that a re-delivery cost may occur for products that are returned due to inaccurate address information.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If you are not present when your order is delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in your mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office. For deliveries by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience. Please note that a re-delivery cost may occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver: If your item is a gift, please ensure that the receiver is aware of it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may occur if the parcel needs to be resent.

Delayed Delivery: While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please be aware that delivery times may be longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Pick Up and Own Courier: Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure efficient dispatch of all goods. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Undeliverable Postcodes: While we aim to deliver to as many areas as possible, there are some postcodes that we are unable to service. An extra shipping fee may be charged for certain supplier SKUs if delivery is possible. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically, with email notification. Please contact your account manager for more information if you require delivery to remote areas.

International Shipping and P.O. Boxes: We currently do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
